•So let’s start with: How is the central Oregon market doing these Days?
•Almost 4200 properties have been listed this year with our central Oregon MLS!
•Out of all active properties 1843 are Single family residences.
•644 in Bend, 95 under 200K
•212 in Redmond, 57 under 200K
•162 in Sisters, 6 under 200K
•194 in La Pine and surrounding areas, 82 under 200K
•This month just over 170 homes have sold with 89 of those under 200K
•Since the beginning of the year 1459 Homes have sold with 871 of those under 200K
•Every one wants to know how many of these homes are distressed properties, well in central Oregon there are only 59 short sales under 200K and only 122 are Bank Owned.
•So, will the market still take another Dive?? I wish I had a crystal ball, but all indicators point to a slow but constant up swing!
