We saw a phenomenal increase in sales to the extent that we are selling 2+ homes per day.  We are starting to see properties sell in areas that were very slow moving before. Currently in Bend and Redmond there are not enough homes for buyers that are out there. So, if you are looking to sell, it would be best to get your home on the market before winter comes and home sales slowdown.
